Financial Help From Lata Mangeshkar And King Khan
MUMBAI: Popular comedian Kapil Sharma was overwhelmed when he got a call from veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar and superstar Shah Rukh Khan offering financial help.
A massive fire broke out recently on the sets of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at Goregaon Filmcity. Fortunately, there were no casualties or mishaps.
Kapil Sharma said, “I got a call form Lataji … She asked if I needed any kind of help, whether monetary or anything.. she asked what can I do for you? Her call was a big thing.”
“Shah Rukh Khan, Rohit Shetty and a lot of people called me from the Industry,” added Sharma.
Talking about the fire, Kapil said, “The exact cause of the fire is yet unknown. The loss in figure will be known only when the police is done with their investigation.”
The show’s upcoming episodes will be shot on the sets of Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss 7.
